IMCA Sport-mod Highlights:

2005 IMCA SuperNationals Heat race winner (first time ever in any type of modified). Started 12th in “A” main feature and after 8 laps we had the lead. We appeared to have the field covered, and a seemingly insurmountable lead when on lap 21 we were black flagged for slight smoke. (We made an article for our efforts in Dick Berggren’s Speedway Illustrated Magazine - Jan. ’06 pg 48-51.) Missed a great opportunity here to be the 1st ever IMCA Sportmod SuperNationals Champion.

Outlaw Late Model Highlights:

2006--- While leading Boone and MADCRA points in the dwarf car during mid-summer… we were offered an opportunity to go Outlaw Late Model Racing with the UMP series “Summer Nationals” tour. With absolutely no Late Model experience… we qualified for 4 out of the last 6 races we entered against some of the best late model competition in the country…. We still maintain that wasn’t too bad considering all circumstances. Our best finish was 9th, after starting 18th at West Kentucky Speedway. Our Late Model days ended after 9 back-to-back days of traveling and racing.
